1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into these Terms. Velora is not directed to children.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping access credentials secure, and for providing accurate information. Do not sell, transfer, automate, or misuse an account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Velora and AI-generated results
Velora lets you submit prompts, settings, images, or videos to request AI-generated content. Results are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, unexpected, unsuitable, or similar to results made for others. We do not guarantee a particular result, availability, uniqueness, legal status, or fitness for a specific purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing results and for how you use, publish, or share them. Do not represent generated content as authentic evidence where doing so could mislead or harm others.
4. Your content and permissions
You keep any rights you have in content you upload. You grant Velora and its service providers a limited, worldwide permission to host, copy, transmit, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and produce your requested result.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for every upload and requested use, including consent from identifiable people where required.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use Velora to create, upload, request, or distribute content or activity that:
- Sexualizes or exploits minors, or depicts any person under 18 in a sexual context.
- Creates non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or abuse.
- Impersonates, defames, threatens, harasses, blackmails, or unlawfully invades another person’s privacy.
- Promotes terrorism, severe violence, illegal activity, malware, fraud, or evasion of safety systems.
- Infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
- Overloads, reverse engineers, scrapes, resells, or interferes with Velora or its providers.
We may block a request, remove content, restrict an account, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary for safety or law.
6. Credits, purchases, and subscriptions
Prices, included credits, renewal periods, and benefits are shown before purchase. Store purchases are processed under the store’s billing terms. Unless the checkout states otherwise, credits are personal, non-transferable, and not cash.
Purchases in the Velora Android app are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. Google Play subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in Google Play. Uninstalling Velora or deleting your Velora account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Refunds are handled under applicable law and Google Play policy.
7. Service changes and availability
Generation capacity, templates, models, features, and prices can change. We may suspend or discontinue part of the service, impose reasonable limits, or perform maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Account suspension and deletion
You can delete your account using Velora Account Deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, legal requirements, safety risk, fraud, or harm to the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment, intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability provisions—remain effective.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velora is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velora and its operators, affiliates, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the service. Any mandatory liability remains limited only to the extent law permits.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. Material changes will receive additional notice when required.
