1. Age restriction
Do not upload, describe, or try to generate anyone who is or appears to be under 18. Requests that look like they involve a minor are blocked.
2. Allowed creative use
You may generate original images and videos, edit your own photos, and use face-swap or dress-up tools with content you have the right to use. Keep results within ordinary creative, fashion, and entertainment use.
3. Prohibited content
Do not create or upload sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, real-person sexual deepfakes, real-world violence, self-harm instructions, hate content, or other illegal material. Do not use Velora to create nude or pornographic images of a real person.
4. Public figures and other people’s photos
Do not upload another person’s photo unless you have permission. Do not use a real public figure’s face for sexual or deceptive content.
5. Reporting a problem
Report a problem in the Velora app with Feedback & Support and choose Content Issue. You can attach screenshots. You can also email [email protected]. You do not need to leave the app to report content.
6. Enforcement
We may block a generation, withhold credits used on a blocked request, limit an account, or delete content that violates this policy or applicable law. If a block was a mistake, include the generation ID in your report so we can review it.
