Velora Account Deletion

Delete your Velora account and associated app data directly in Velora, or send a deletion request without opening the app.

No sign-in is required to use this page. Never send us your password, Google verification code, payment card number, or Play purchase token by email.

Delete inside Velora

  1. Open Velora and select Profile.
  2. Open Settings, then Account Security.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. If your account has a password, enter it. Google Sign-In and Quick Login users can continue with their authenticated session.
  5. Type DELETE, select Confirm Delete, and wait for the success confirmation.

This action is irreversible. Sign-in sessions are invalidated after deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address associated with your Velora account. If Quick Login did not attach an email, include the Velora user ID shown in your Profile and enough non-secret account information for us to verify control. We may ask for additional verification before deleting data.

What deletion removes

After a successful deletion, Velora removes the app-facing account and associated:

  • Profile, authentication links, settings, wallet, subscription entitlements, and notification registrations.
  • Prompts, messages, uploaded-task records, generation history, and generated image/video records.
  • Favorites, feedback records, sharing records, and other account-owned service data.

Payment orders are anonymized where supported. We may retain completed purchase records, limited security logs, and a one-way anti-abuse fingerprint only when needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Retained information is restricted and cannot be used to restore the deleted account.

Timing and troubleshooting

In-app deletion is processed when you receive the success confirmation. If payment anonymization or another required safety check is temporarily unavailable, Velora fails safely without partially deleting your account; try again later or email us. Verified email requests are normally completed within 30 days unless law permits or requires longer retention.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your Velora account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Velora → Cancel subscription. Cancellation and refunds remain subject to Google Play terms.
